Do you need a special app?
No! We host your information on our server and set everything up so there's no haste, just sharing your information. Note that an internet connection is required for the person you are sharing your contact info to.
How do I share my contact information?
Easy, just tap the backside of the card to someone's phone and click on the popup. If the tap feature fails, you can always use the QR code.
The NFC "Tap" feature isn't working, what's wrong?
• Make sure that when you tap the card to someone's phone, the back of the card with the NFC chip is face up. There is a metal side (front of the card) and plastic side (back of the card).
• Find where the phone's NFC reader is. For iPhones, it's typically in the upper left corner beside the cameras. For Andriods, it's typically in the center on the phone.
• Make sure the phone's NFC is enabled. See the manufacturer's settings for more
information.
• If the phone has a case, it may be interfering. NFC only works very short
distances and can be blocked by some cases, remove the case and try again.
